제조공정
고객사의 브랜드 콘셉트, 목표 시장, 희망 제품군 등에 대한 기본 의뢰 접수를 받습니다.
R&D 연구소에서 제형(포뮬러) 샘플을 개발하고, 고객 피드백을 반영한 초기 샘플을 제공합니다.
원료, 향, 기능성, 용기, 패키지 디자인 등 제품 스펙을 최종 확정합니다.
안전성·안정성 시험 및 인증 절차를 거쳐 제품 적합성을 검증합니다.
최종 발주서를 접수하고, 검증된 원료와 패키지를 입고·검수합니다.
초도 생산을 통해 공정 적합성·제형 안정성을 확인하고 개선 사항을 반영합니다.
제품 생산, 충전, 밀봉, 라벨링, 포장까지 위생적인 기준으로 진행합니다.
최종 품질 점검 후 고객사 물류센터 또는 지정 장소로 납품합니다.
